Belvoir, an award-winning estate and letting agency based in Swansea, boasts a large portfolio of properties across all price ranges.

Belvoir has been a customer since September 2020. At that time, they were opening a new office, and their existing phone system was outdated and lacked the necessary flexibility for efficient inter-office communication.

Creative Hospitality Group – Peppermint Cardiff

For those who don’t know Creative Hospitality Group are the owners of Peppermint Bar, Frango, BrewStone and Bambu Beach Bar.

The services we provided to Peppermint Cardiff include the installation of an EAD (dedicated internet service), which is redundancy-proof. We also provided a full Wi-Fi solution to allow staff and guests to access the Wi-Fi from all areas of the venue. Finally, a VoIP system was installed to allow for call transfers between all Creative Hospitality’s venues.
