Engineering ManagerI have been the Engineering Manager at ETS for over 10 years. My main responsibility is to research and develop phone systems to ensure that we offer the latest and most advanced technology. Daily, I visit customer sites to install equipment, address any issues, and provide training on their phone systems.

Technical ManagerMy role involves researching and developing the latest marketing networking equipment to ensure the business provides the best available technology. I specialise in IT and project management, and I oversee the operations of the retail deployment team.

I manage our warehouses, keeping track of inventory to ensure items are available when needed. Additionally, I visit customer stores to handle communications installations.
